Friendly staff and a great location! We grabbed some tasty takeout from McDonald's, which was conveniently close by. 🍔

Nothing in particular - it was what it said on the tin: cheap. But I spent a passable night, the room was small but warm, the bed clean and comfortable, the bathroom tiny, but functional. If you travel with many people and are on a budget, this is an acceptable option.
The security aspect: My 15 year old daughter reported that at 6 am, her bedroom door was opened from the outside (she and her friend had tried to lock it from the inside, but as this wasn't possible, they had piled up their luggage in front of the door) and a "strange man" had stared into the room for a few seconds, then had closed the door again without a word of explanation. I assume (I hope) this was just somebody from the cleaning staff of the hotel, however we were never able to find out if that was the case. Based on this, I would not recommend the hotel.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a private bathroom. It had garden views. Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurants, and the excellent boulangerie.

The staff were very, very nice. Great location close to a supermarket and restaurants. - Just off Valenciennes. I booked a twin room at this hotel and was delighted to find that it included a microwave, central heating, and an electronic key card. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel's location was perfect, being close to a supermarket, restaurants, and just a short distance from Valenciennes.

Good for budget stay for single or young couple... Room are small but what you need inside is there...
Room was small but bathroom was tiny. Would not recommend for family with young children. There was a strong smell of smoke inside the room even if supposed to be non smoking room...

The location was good, fairly just off the motorway with a lots of places for food just close by.
I think it should be called a motel rather than a hotel.

We had a great location at Premiere Classe and there were so many restaurant choices nearby. The shopping centers were a bonus, with options for everyone's tastes. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Even though the room was a bit small, it was still fine for our small family. We found it to be a great value for money.

We needed a place for shopping, everything was fine. The location was ideal, in right area for trip, the hotel overlooked garden. Plus, it was very close to the restaurants, and Valenciennes. An electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk inside the triple room were handy:)))

We enjoyed the location but were very disappointed as we were kept awake 3 of the 4 nights by very noisy clients. This we know is not your fault as you do ask for quiet after 10 pm. We were kept awake until 3 am.
I have already listed this above

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal - close to restaurants and shopping centers. We also appreciated the affordable rate, which made it an attractive option for our romantic getaway.
The bathroom was a bit cramped and outdated, and the breakfast selection was quite limited. However, overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to be a good value for money.

The room was very clean, as was the bedding
We will be making a complaint..... The rooms either side were used, from what we can make out by the noise as 'brothels' for local call girls. We had pimps outside banging on doors telling the girls that their alloted time was up with their clients. This started around 21:00hrs to 01:00hrs the next day.
